CoreLAB Diagnostics and its physicians are in network with almost all major insurances in most states.

Laboratory services can be billed to insurances (insurance billing), clients (client billing in approved states and localities), and directly to patients (cash payments for patients with or without insurances).

Billing assistance may be offered to selected patients based on guidelines consistent with Medicare and Medicaid billing compliance regulations. Talk to our billing specialists to find out if you qualify for any billing assistance.
